Disable WordPress Plugin Update Notification

How often do you log in to the admin area of your WordPress site and see a notification that one of your plugins has a newer version ready to update to? If you have more than a few installed, you’re probably familiar with these messages. If you ignore these updates, the notifications can pile up like the above image. So you have to disable WordPress plugin update notification

Here is a simple ways to hide the plugin update notification.

Disable WordPress Plugin Update Notification Modifing Plugin Version

The easiest solution is to open up the PHP file in the plugin root directory and modify the version number. At the top of the file, like the below image.

If you see carefully the above image I added version: 100.0. I think the plugin will never get version number 100.0
